Germany will lift the 2022 World Cup.

As part of the 2022 World Cup special edition series, this is our prediction for the Final of the 2022 World Cup.

The Final: Argentina vs Germany

It could be a repeat of the 2014 Final. But while many think Argentina are the overall favorite to win the World Cup, we’re betting Germany will pull this through. We rather have a team than a single player with backup teammates.

It’s a 4-2-3-1 format for Germany against a 4-3-3 format for Argentina. The thing is, we think Lionel Messi can easily get past the defense of Germany with Lukas Klostermann, David Raum, Niklas Sule, and Antonio Rudiger. But  Joshua Kimmich and Ilkay Gundogan will pose a challenge. Then theirs Manuel Neuer who could stop the football star.

Pundits praise the strong defense of Argentina but Kai Havertz, Leroy Sane, and Serge Gnabry will have no problem piercing through it. This might go to an extra time just like in 2014. Germany will lift the 2022 World Cup. (Goal Projection: 2-1 Germany).

Third Place Playoff

We predict an exciting, goal-filled match (please give it to the fans). France will grab third place in the 2022 World Cup. (Goal Projection: 3-2 France).
